Brand opus for French owned contract catering company.
Founded in 1991, Elior applies its food service expertise for clients and guests in the worlds of business, education, healthcare, nursing and residential care homes, as well as in the travel (airports, railway stations, motorways), leisure and culture (museums, exhibition centres) sectors.
Elior's contract service offering is vast and it operates throughout Europe with a number of brands both owned and franchised including Paul, Costa Coffee, Illy, Subway, Pieminister, Coffee Nation, Lock Fyne, Digby Trout, Holy Crepe and Lovejuice, to name but a few.
Bonfire's role was to produce a 'brand opus' to encompass and celebrate the product portfolio of this French-owned food services company.
This is the first time a document like this had been produced by the company; and the 50 page opus showcases each of the brands, their visual manifestation and their demographic and economic detailing. The opus is also tailored and custom-bound for every contractual tender and is predominantly aimed at tender applications within the rail and airport networks.
"When I arrived at Elior as Group Sales Director my remit was a tough one - to evaluate and develop the new business strategy for their commercial businesses.
I'd worked with Bonfire on a number of occasions and when it came to the creation of a brand opus (a presentation document which illustrated our brands), they were my first port of call. Their dedication, attention to detail and ability to decipher and interpret briefs into commercial creative solutions is exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any company looking for a consultancy that listens and understands.
I also congratulate them on their accreditation, it is both well earned and deserved."
