Bonfire Design have been commissioned by eBusiness Development to design the GUI for Total’s Topps Card call centre application.

The project entailed the design and styling of the interface used by the operators at Total’s Customer Service call centre. As operators would be using the screens all day the final design had to be easy on the eyes, user friendly and above all functional whilst still conforming to Total’s corporate guidelines. An exciting and challenging project and one that is testament to the adaptability of Bonfire Design and the rational way in which it tackles all creative problems, whether on or offline.

eBusiness pitched, won and developed the new call centre application from scratch, with all previous records to be imported to enable a seamless launch of the new call centre system.
