Bonfire have developed a brand opus for Elior’s food franchise operation. The franchise based operation currently comprises of 14 brand offerings such as Lovejuice, Paul, Subway, Costa Coffee and Illy to name but a few.

Founded in 1991, Elior applies its foodservice expertise for the benefit of its clients and guests in the worlds of business; education; healthcare; nursing homes and residences for seniors; as well as in the travel (airports, railway stations, motorways) and leisure and culture (museums, exhibition centres) sectors.

This is the first time a document like this has been produced by the company; and the 50 page opus showcases each of the brands, their visual manifestation and their demographic and economic detailing. The opus is also tailored for every contractual tender and is predominantly aimed at tender applications within the rail and airport networks.
